Our fundraising efforts are to seek voluntary financial contributions by engaging individuals, businesses, charitable foundations, or governmental agencies. We do not want the fundraising efforts to be just about gathering money, but an effective way to build valuable networks and relationships around Mr. Basketball Academy and our projects.
Understanding that every individual, business, charitable foundation, or governmental agency has it’s “why” for giving their hard-earned money to charities and causes they value. Most people are motivated by the desire to help others and positively impact their community or the world. Some are driven by personal or religious convictions and a desire to feel good. We must target organizations that their “why” is the same as ours. We need to align ourselves with the correct individuals and groups.
