“Her Time to Play”: Promoting Girls Basketball Participation
“Her Time to Play,” the league’s new initiative to inspire girls ages
7-14 to learn and play basketball in a positive and healthy way and increase opportunities for women in coaching and athletic leadership.
Jr. NBA Skills Challenge
The program provides boys and girls ages 13 and under the opportunity to showcase their dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense skills in the sport of basketball. Boys and girls compete separately in two different age groups: 11U and 13U. Participants compete in up to three levels of competition – Local, Regional, and National Finals.
MONEY SKILLS & BASKETBALL DRILLS
Money Skills and Basketball Drills program utilizes our basketball platform to make learning financial literacy and life skills fun. Our programs start as early as Pre-K to experienced business professionals.
Special Basketball
Special Basketball is for youth with intellectual disabilities. It's an opportunity for them to participate in a basketball platform to ensure the betterment of the youth with intellectual disabilities, who remain one of the most under-served groups in the world.
