1 on 1 and group workouts can be 30 minutes to an hour on tier pricing. In that timeframe, we expect the athletes to be focused and ready to go for their scheduled workout. The workouts will be intense with immense focus on building each individual's skill set. 

Our camps and clinics are setup to be a platform that allows players to be exposed to the expectations of the next level. Whether that is making the travel or high school team or even receiving an athletic scholarship, we provide a setting that is competitive and informative to make that step forward. 

AAU is an option in the portfolio for the advance players that want to compete at the highest level. AAU is the tool for those that want to showcase their talent against the best.
